1. Place the items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached) in the original box with the protective packaging.
2. Visit adaysmarch.com/return and fill in your order number and email address to report your return.
3. After reporting your return, a QR-code will be sent to your email address.
4. Show the QR-code from your digital device to your nearest DHL Service Point, which you can find here. The service point staff will print the label for you.
5. We will issue a refund when your return has reached our warehouse and once we have verified the condition of the garment.
Rest of the world
1. Place the items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached) in the original box with the protective packaging.
2. Visit adaysmarch.com/return and fill in your order number and email address to report your return.
3. After reporting your return, a return label will be sent to your email address.
4. Print the label and put it on top of the old shipment label. The customs documents are generated and connected digitally to the barcode of the return label - so no need to think about them.
5. Hand your return in at your nearest DHL Express Service Point, which you can find here. Always ask for a return receipt for future reference in case of a lost parcel.
6. We will issue a refund when your return has reached our warehouse and once we have verified the condition of the garment.
