We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders above SEK 1000. Within Sweden, we ship with DHL Service Point. Delivery time: 2-3 business days. After placing an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be fully traceable. You’ll get your shipment to your local delivery point. A text message or e-mail will be sent to you when your package is ready to be collected. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help. For returns, items need to be in their original condition, unworn with all tags attached together with the Delivery Note within 14 days. You can also visit one of our physical stores and make your return. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them. Sneakers must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in (with the box and the bag).
Also, we would kindly ask for our customers to give the reason for the return to help us improve in the future
1. Place the item/items in the original box in their original packaging together with the Delivery Note.
2. Fill out the return form with the fitting return reason.
3. Attach the Return Label on top of the package.
4. Hand it in at your nearest DHL Service Point.
5. When your return has been processed by us a confirmation will be sent to you with more information regarding your refund. Read more about refunds here.
