We offer free shipping and free returns on International orders above €100 ($100 for the US). All international orders (outside EU) will be delivered within 5-7 days with DHL Express. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. After placing an order a confirmation will be sent by email. Your order will be fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace.
For customers returning items outside of the EU, the two copies of Commercial Invoices that comes with the order needs to be signed and attached with the shipment. Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders being shipped outside the EU. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. You will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon receiving the order. Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help. For returns, items need to be in their original condition, unworn with all tags attached together with the Delivery Note within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them. Sneakers must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in (with the box and the bag).
Also, we would kindly ask for our customers to give reason for the return to help us improve in the future
1. Place the item/items in the original box in their original packaging together with the Delivery Note.
2. Fill out the return form with a suitable return reason.

Write "return" and your order number in the subject line, specify what items you want to return and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on what to do next.

For non-EU customers VAT is not included in the retail price, and cannot be requested to be refunded.
